Thursday, 29 July, at noon (Toronto time), the online masterclass is organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario Canada (ICCO Canada), focusing on Pecorino and Prosciutto Toscano DOP. As part of the Cut & Share project, the lesson will delve into the unique characteristics and qualities of the two PDO products. Thanks to the participation of chef Dario Tomaselli, the cooking class will present a recipe that sees the two products combined and enhanced in an authentic Tuscan dish.
