Cut & Share presents a new master class in Canada to learn more about the origin, characteristics and use of the two DOP excellence of Tuscany, Pecorino Toscano DOP and Prosciutto Toscano DOP. The first appointment will be on May 24 at The ITHQ – Institute of Tourism and Hospitality of Quebec hosted by Professor Pasquale Vari – Ambassador of Cucina Italiana.
