In Miami (Florida), Pecorino Toscano DOP and Prosciutto Toscano DOP have been the protagonists of a master class dedicated to DOP and IGP made-in-Tuscany excellence. The event was held at the Miami Culinary Institute, coordinated by the journalist Vincenzo D’Antonio and had journalists from the specialized press and food influencers who learned about the history of Pecorino Toscano DOP and among the participants’ Prosciutto Toscano DOP with a focus on their indissoluble link with the territory. The masterclass ended with the tasting of the products.
