In a pan, brown some Prosciutto Toscano DOP slices with little EVO oil for a few seconds. Cook tagliatelle and lean them on stracciatella. Add Prosciutto Toscano DOP slices on top and garnish with EVO oil, sesame seeds, and pepper to taste.

250 g of tagliatelle pasta
200 g of stracciatella cheese
100 g of Prosciutto Toscano DOP
EVO oil to taste
Sesame seeds to taste
