Cut the mozzarella cheese into thin slices. Open the puff pastry sheets, put one of them in a cake pan, and cover it with the Prosciutto Toscano DOP and the mozzarella slices over it. Cover all with the second puff pastry sheet and brush with the egg yolk. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180° C until golden brown.
