Preparation
Unfold puff pastry. Sprinkle with Prosciutto Toscano DOP and Pecorino Toscano DOP. Roll up one side to the middle of the dough; roll up the other side so the two rolls meet in the center and cut into slices. Bake at 400° until golden brown. Serve warm.
