Start by buttering the bread slices, then toast them in a pan (a couple of minutes per side), and set aside. In the same pan, cook the turkey slices on both sides for 2-3 minutes, then let them cool.
Wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices, then wash the lettuce leaves too. Now, you can compose the club sandwich: first of all, place all the bread slices on the cutting board and smear them with mayonnaise. Add the lettuce, a slice of turkey, some slices of cherry tomatoes, and one of Prosciutto Toscano DOP. Close with a slice of bread (with the mayonnaise side next to the Prosciutto). Spread the top side of the bread with more mayonnaise and start making other layers with the same ingredients in the same order. Cut the sandwich across to obtain two Club sandwiches and stick each one in the center with a toothpick.
