Put the minced meat in a pan, add parsley, minced garlic, Pecorino Toscano DOP, oil, salt and pepper, and mix well. Make little balls and fry them in a pan with hot seed oil. Complete the dish with sesame seeds and Spring onion seeds and serve the meatballs.
