Cut apricots in half and apricots and place half apricot on a plate tray and brush with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Grill for the oil, then put the apricots on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Wrap the apricots in the Prosciutto Toscano DOP slices on a fresh salad plate. Serve immediately.
