Preparation
Wash the courgettes and cut them into 2 or 3 mm thick slices. Grill them for about 5 minutes on both sides. Then, mix the cheese with the chopped chive and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread this mixture on the courgette slices, lean a Prosciutto Toscano DOP slice on each of them, roll up, and use a chive blade to close the rolls. Enjoy your meal!
